We just got our absolutely gorgeous sectional delivered and I couldn’t be happier!! We have several... beautiful cherry pieces from the Gigglin’ Pig and when it came time for a new couch we knew we wanted another quality piece that would last. Jen was so knowledgeable and fantastic in helping us figure out the best configuration and fabric for our needs. The end result is absolute perfection! We bought our chairs in February and we were told it would take until September to get them... considering post Covid I was excited about getting them whenever!! I got a call stating the chairs were in the second week of August. The chairs are gorgeous. The coloring is perfect match to our table. Our experience with the Gigglin’ Pig was excellent from choosing the chairs to the pick up. Staff was so helpful. Would and have recommended them to everyone.read more

Jennifer spent a great deal of time with us picking out a new bed frame and shed- she was patient and very easy to work with. When a glitch happened with our shed delivery she was again very helpful. There was a few things that were incorrect. All of the sharp ends of the nails were sticking out... of the walls and I have to grind them off. There are a lot of attention getters there. Then the ramp was too wide It wouldn't fit and I have to cut 1-1/4" off. The lockdowns for the double door, the one for the floor, the hole was off. I had make a metal plate to screw to the floor to correct where they had the hole off. Other then that....life is hunky-dorey.read more

My husband and I enjoy taking the occasional walk through the Gigglin Pig's showroom. We have been... customers for many years.My husband was looking for a new chair to replace his aging recliner. He spotted a leather recliner in the showroom that he really liked. We left the store without buying it, but came back the following week to get the model name and number.As is our custom, we walked about the showroom and I pointed out a chair that he had not "tested" the prior week. It was a leather tilt-back chair with an ottoman. After a half-hour of comparison testing, he changed his mind and decided on the new tilt-back.The tilt-back chair has a taller back than the recliner. My husband is 6'4'' and really liked the difference. The headrest was also more padded, better for napping. But the deciding factor was the gas-piston which locked the back of the chair into place. After the chair was delivered, I don't think the back has been moved since he found his favorite spot.As for the overall shopping and purchasing experience, the Mattice family was great. The chair was delivered to our family room without a hitch.read more

We have been long time customers of Gigglin' Pig -- very satisfied with every experience. This... time they helped us out tremendously in our bathroom remodel. Special thanks to Jennifer for helping us to select and customize our bathroom vanity and mirror. We weren't originally expecting them to have bathroom items, but took a chance and asked as we love the quality of their products.The original cabinet was a center mount sink with left and right side drawers and a center faux drawer. We needed the sink on the righthand side. Now we have a very lovely righthand mounted sink with an extra large left side drawer and faux right side drawer.They found the coordinating mirror from a different Gigglin Pig vendor who was able to match the finish on the cabinet.read more

Great quality, Great people, Great PricesReview:With the cost of lumber sky rocketing, the... dream of owning a shed was becoming difficult. Thankfully, I came across a Facebook ad for this location selling Heritage Structures. Previously, I had spoken to another distributor of Heritage and received barely any customer service. This ad had me hopeful for a different interaction/outcome. This was night and day! From start to finish this company answered all my calls and questions. Their responsiveness is top notch. The shed was not outrageously priced, and I was more than comfortable with my purchase. The quality of the shed is also incredible and beats those that can be purchased at your big-box stores. Their team was incredible with the communication regarding delivery and assisted with securing the permit from the town. The delivery day came as expected, and they left little to no marks on the lawn. The delivery guy even took the time to ensure the shed was left level. Impressed by the entire transaction is an understatement. They even threw in a sample of maple syrup from their store. Truly wonderful people! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a shed!read more

My husband and I decided after a number of years to replace our old family room furniture with a... whole new look. After shopping around Rochester in all furniture stores for a few months, we were disappointed in both the high prices and quality of construction in what we saw. We were looking for a store where we could pick out all of the furniture in one place, coordinate colors with assistance in interior decorating and find well-crafted furniture made in the USA. We found the whole package at the Gigglin’ Pig and couldn’t be happier! Jennifer was great to work with. As we were picking out various pieces, looking at fabric, she would provide very honest advice on what might work or not work. Any questions, customer service has been outstanding. We also picked out a gorgeous kitchen table and chairs hand crafted by the Amish. The delivery of all pieces was handled very professionally with care. Since then everyone who comes to visit raves about our new room. We couldn’t be happier and will be back in future!read more

Recently, we ordered our first special order item and had it custom made for a small nook off our kitchen. Chris was extremely patient with us and worked with the builder answering some very detailed questions on measurements. When the jelly cabinet arrived, the quality was the usual, outstanding!! It fit perfectly and it was exactly what I had envisioned. This is my go-to place for that “special piece”. You cannot get professionalism, customer service, quality or custom built furniture like this anywhere. I highly recommended this family owned business!
